Interview process was supposed to be with their director/manager. She was over an hour late to our appointment. I chatted with other staff and tried to get an idea of the company. The lady interviewing me seemed to be confused and disorganized. People kept walking in and interrupting the interview over and over again. Very unprofessional work behavior behind the scenes from what I experienced. Management should make better use of phone interviews before asking for in-person.
