Heavily behavioral interviewing-focused. Standard open ended questions. Did not feel like it was personalized to draw out my training or experience. I was asked questions by three interviewers and it felt like not all were engaged in the process. It was a very regimented dialogue. I wish I would have been more attuned to this being a good indication of the company's culture and should have used this as my interview to evaluate them.
