It's a group interview setting. Very laid back. Everyone meets at a bar and grill and the company pays for food and drinks to enjoy while they visit each table and talk to the people at the tables and look at their resumes. It's about 10 minutes of talking about the job and your experience and 2 hours of talking about random things. Dress code is very casual.

Straight forward and upfront about things. Asked questions about experience with work and ability to work in team. Interviewer was able to negotiate on salary and benefits package after consulting with higher up.
