I was first contacted via phone and had a phone interview approximately 30 minutes with the HR Manager. During the conversation the HR Manager mentioned she had previously interviewed with me at my previous employer and reminded me how she was not offered the position. What do you say to that? 😬 The interview continued and she invited me to an in-person interview. Once I arrived to the in-person interview, I realized it was a panel interview with three other managers. It was going good til the same HR Manger once again mentioned how she had previously interviewed with me with my previous employer but was not offered the position."awkward ". Well, guess what? Didn't get the job nor a rejection email, just complete silence. I feel she had me there as a revenge plot. Very unprofessional!! Well, I'm not here to bash the company but it definitely says a lot about the HR representation they have. Would never consider this company nor would I recommend anyone to this company because of the HR representation. Remember, HR stands for "Humans" therefore, respect everyone and don't abuse your power.

30-minute Phone Screen, asking general questions about experience, skills and goals. It took about 2 weeks to receive a rejection email message after the fact that they had moved on from me as a candidate. Would have loved some more constructive feedback about why I was not selected as a candidate moving forward.
