Group interview followed by individual interview. Group interview was a case study style, with trying to launch a new development. We were allowed to select which development we wanted it to be, then discuss how we would do it and innovation we would have.

Assessment day allowed for group interviews, in-person psychometric testing, and individual interviews as well. Had a great time meeting other people in the interview as well as getting to know the role I was applying for specifically.
