Our at-home coding challenge is designed to only take a few hours of your time and is then used as a jumping-off point for our in-person interview. We do not expect candidates to complete the entirety of the test on their own. It is a great way for our team to get a sense of a candidate's ability, seniority, and excitement about MIRROR.
