Regrettably, my interview experience was disappointing. While the company's website provided extensive - super kind and human - information about the interview process, the questions I was asked during my first interview didn't align with what was stated. This inconsistency made it challenging to prepare effectively.
Additionally, I didn't sense a genuine interest from the recruiter; the person came across as impatient and somewhat rude. This lack of enthusiasm only served to increase my nerves, making the experience quite disheartening.
It's disappointing because the blog boasted about their exceptional hiring process, but the reality fell short of expectations.
Although I understand the decision not to proceed with my application – and I think the decision was fair due to my performance – I was still saddened by the disparity between my expectations (and all that I've prepared myself for) and the actual experience.

Question 1
Talk about yourself; ask questions about the position and about the company; if you have a desire to relocate; which city you prefer to live in; and extensive and in-depth questions about successful campaigns carried out, previous results, detailed explanation about the campaign, etc. I no longer remember all the questions, but on the blog and on their YouTube channel it was stated that the technical part would not be evaluated in the screening, only in the next phases.

Entretien
Four rounds of interviews with HR, line manager, business stakeholders, and an executive. The process was well organized and the communication was clear at each stage. Some more feedback about performance at each stage would have been appreciated.
