I applied online and was contacted a few days after to set an interview with HR. The interview started well, the recruiter presented the company and the role. When we started talking about my experience I realized some red flags: i said something about having statistical modeling experience to which the recruiter was a bit shocked and stated that this means I don't have data analytics experience. I was then asked about a project, but I doubt the recruiter had much idea about it except for the key words in the job posting. I was very disappointed because I found the product interesting. I got an email afterwards saying that they are looking for someone with more product analytics experience.
