I located this company with the help of a HR consultant based in Pune. Took me a while to get an appointment date for interview with the Chairman..as he travels a lot. Once date was fixed I flew down to Pune from Chennai on the fixed date , for the meeting. He asked me questions of the past & I had to convince him with reasons to relocate to Pune with this job.Am also familiar with local language...can speak 7 different languages.

Here I was to take up a HR & Admin related job profile . In the past I have always had a strong Sales & marketing profile. Hence had to justify my experience & how I would fit in with this new profile.Having convinced the Chairman , he asked me to meet again after 4 days for final confirmation for this job.
