I had a phone interview with who would have been my manager, I was then brought in to meet with the co owners. Overall I thought it started off well and had both interviews within 10 days of each other, even though it was around thanksgiving. However, it took them over 2 weeks to tell me the positions have been filled. No feedback on why they passed on me, I had reached out a few days after my final interview asking about timeline and was never responded to.
