Met with partner, then had conversations with senior associate and other partner. Then had group conversations back to back with the rest of the team, followed by a debrief with their staff. Legal recruiting team organized offer letter then rescinded for vague and unsubstantiated reasons.
Had an interview with a Mintz practice group leader several years ago. It went very professionally overall, even though I wasn't ultimately hired for the role. The role itself was actually discontinued for some reason, meaning that nobody was ultimately hired for that position.

three rounds. I didn't get it. They hired an intern instead. I was a 3L. First two interviews were amazing. Last interviewer came in late and didn't want to talk to me. Everyone else was lovely. She said she was going to retire in the next few years.
Basic background questions. Why this firm? Why this location? Why are you leaving your previous position? 30 minutes long. Specific questions about details on my resume. The interview asked questions for 20 minutes and I asked questions for the remainder of the time.
