Entretien
It was 1 phone call with HR to talk about my CV, a second phone call with typical brainteasers and basic questions about my CV ans skills; and 2 interviews face to face where I had a business case, screening my CV and questions about salary and willingness to relocate. I did pass all of them, however I never heard anything from them. HR sent some emails making me wait and then nothing happened and did not receive an offer even when I passed all the process... I guess they hired someone else and make me wait in case this other person didn't join the company. Very unprofessional company.

I had one call and a couple of online interviews, I even reciebed a condicional offer but the vacancy never existed and I waited for 6 months until "being called to the role" but never was.

Entretien
Primero recibes una llamada para repasar tu CV, dos entrevistas de caso con Managers y una con una persona de recursos humanos, más centrada en motivación. Me hicieron sentir cómoda y me parecieron sinceros.

¿qué conoces de Minsait? ¿Qué crees que destacarían tus compañeros o compañeras de tí?
Si conoces la tecnología para la que serás entrevistado, el personal es muy amable y cercano y depositan la confianza en tu persona y tus conocimientos. Fueron preguntas sencillas y no tuve que hacer nada técnico.
