Easy interview process with one phone interview. I was interviewed during the pandemic so I don’t know if they changed anything. The questions were general ones like why do you want to work for Mindfield and what kind of hours do you want. They favor people with flexibility so if you really want a remote job, say you are okay with flexible hours.
