It took about 3 weeks, starting with a phone interview and ending with an interview with the two head people in the department. Second interview was with 3 members of management in the department, as well as a mini-show of what the job would be. Rather easy interview, but warning, everything can be going well and you still won't get the job. I left feeling on top of the world until I got the rejection email. The interviews feel extremely easy, however they hold you to extremely high standards and are looking for specific answers. Never let your guard down.
