In the beginning it was a pretty easy and straightforward process. A nice zoom call with a couple of recruiters, Then a very good chat with the hiring manager which went great but after that they scheduled a TDD session with a couple of people from the team that was very awkward and almost ridiculous. It feels as if the person interviewing you wants the role you are applying for and you're being sabotaged.
