awful interview process. drawn out, answering same q's, delays and poor communication. this was a few years ago but I have heard similar from newer employees. the delays in follow up were frustrating when it came to dealing with recruiting.

Entretien
First I had an phone interview with a lady in their HQ California. I was then invited to an in-person interview in the East Hampton office with the Hiring Manager. The final process is an in-person interview with the CEO in East Hampton or a Skype interview to their headquarters.
