Applied online and received an automated email telling me I must take a CCAT cognitive test and a personality test as a condition of working for Mindbody.
I had no contact at all with a recruiter so wasn't able to ask any questions about the role before moving forward. They recommend some practice apps to use which are completely unrelated to what comes up in the test.
Took the test and personality test and heard absolutely nothing back from them at all. A complete waste of my time and pathetic way to treat candidates.
It's also a horrendously un-inclusive way of hiring people and discriminates against people like myself with a non-visible disability which has not hindered me having a successful career to date.
So a little advice for Mindbody. Bring your recruitment practices into the modern world before someone who cares more than I do takes your discriminatory hiring processes to task.

The first round was a recruiter phone screen, focusing on questions about my background and experiences. After this call, I was assigned to do a Cognitive Aptitude Test.
The second round was with the hiring manager. It was a short 30-minute interview. For the first 20 minutes, I was asked about my experiences, skills, and attitude. Then, the last 10 mins I had the opportunity to ask questions back to the hiring manager. The interview went very well, and the hiring manager informed me during the call that I would be moved forward to the final round.
For the final round with the Director, I had to prepare a case study. This round was also 30 minutes long and not too difficult if you were well-prepared.
The entire hiring process took only two weeks, and I received the offer the day after the final round.

The interview process consisted of three stages: a recruiter interview, a meeting with the hiring manager, and a final interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team. The process was quick and straightforward, taking 3 weeks from start to finish.
