The interview process was tedious and not a good experience. Had 5 virtual interview rounds with Managers and Architects.
Then had 4 rounds on site. Aced each interview and then I was asked to consider a Senior Management role instead of a technical role.
I was like ‘WHAT?’. Having said no, I was asked to attend another round of technical video interview. Weird?
And yes, I got rejected in that last round. I do not think it’s right to waste the time and energy of a resource with such an unprofessional interview process. It has to improve and be streamlined.
Wouldn’t recommend a go ahead even on receiving an offer. Looking at the lack of process, I see a huge scope for things to go sideways for new recruits.
