Went in for first interview, went well, I was told they were pushing me through thre next step which will be an interview in 1-2 days. Never heard back, reached out and no response. Than received an email after 2 and a half weeks stating they filled the position. Would ask up front the process as its very misleading and unprofessional.

I met with the initial hiring manager and she said she would schedule the next meeting with the person I would be reporting to. Unfortunately, she never set that up and even after I followed up I heard nothing.
