I am working as a Java/J2EE Developer here since December,2015.It's a very good organization for both freshers and experienced professionals.It offers challenging career and lots of opportunities to grow with good work life balance.Great work culture with friendly colleagues having helping attitude.I joined here as a fresher.I was called via online job portals. My interview consisted 3 F2F rounds.1st round was hands on coding round . 2nd one was technical round based on the codes written in the first round and they also asked me questions ranging over Core Java,Multithreading,Collections,JSP,Servlets , SQL queries and RDBMS as well, The 3rd and final round was HR round.It actually screens candidates for communication skills.
