I applied through my university's resume drop. The first turnaround was fairly quick. Then I had two rounds, both for half an hour consisting of general fit questions. The turnaround time between the interviews and the final offer was a bit lengthy.
The process consisted of a fairly relaxed first-round interview with a senior partner followed by a second-round phone conversation (which was also fairly relaxed) and then an internship offer. Overall the process took a lot longer than I expected

Found company and applied through my college's Career Services Center. I met with a partner for the first round interview. The interviewer was very casual and low pressure, more excited about my credentials then putting pressure on me. Heard back within a week from first round that I made second round, but second round took more than a month to schedule. Second round interviewer was a senior partner who was also very casual and friendly. Decision after second round took a long time as well.
