J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez MindGeek en mars 2020

Initial call with the recruiting director went well. She described positions that were open and asked the salary range. She said we could proceed to the next round and was ok with salary
The next round was with a director. Basic questions such as tell me about yourself.
Then a homework assignment where I was given a task to design a system.
The final interview was with another director and VP. Things went well and recruiting director called and said they like you but still offered 40k less than the expected salary which was agreed upon as doable initially. They did not budge on salary after a couple of days of negotiations. Complete waste of my time and really unprofessional handling of the interview process and offer process. From what happened to me, it seems this company cannot be trusted. I am glad that I rejected their offer and won’t be working here.
If you are considering applying, please understand the final offer can be nowhere close to what you communicated to the recruiter so better to apply else where you can trust.

Meet the hr first, then the head of and vp. There is a total of 3 interviews. No case study but might have changed. I liked the people I met during the interviews but will really depend of your department
