I really appreciated the way the TA team coordinated, but I didn't have a good experience with the technical team. I had two rounds of interviews, and I performed well in both, but I was not selected for the position. I feel like these kinds of interviews are more about showcasing the company's recruitment efforts on paper than in practice. I was really disappointed.
