I applied to a full remote position as Software Engineer. I received an email from the recruiter some days after to concrete a first call by videoconference. I had the first meeting with the recruiter. It was really good, the person explained me the company, the project, etc. I also had enough time to ask questions. I had a good impression of the company, it looked honest and sincere. Worse part was I didn't get news until five weeks later. My profile was not the best for the position.

Technical Interview Interview with management Very nice interviewers, relaxed talks. Everybody is really interested in you and your tech skills and if you are a match for the team. No annoying "what is your biggest achievement" or "what is your biggest failure" kind of questions
