Pretty brief phone interview with my hiring manager and then an on-site interview with several different individuals on the hiring team plus HR. The individual interviews were with project leaders, other design engineers and my hiring manager.

Entretien
First there is a recruiter phone screen. Then a functional phone interview. Then they bring you in for multiple interviews with different people. At this on-site, the cycle the interviewers through the room.
Phone interview with recruiter first, then a phone interview with another engineer (not the hiring manager). After the second interview I was ghosted for a month (no reply to any emails) until they finally sent a rejection email.

What is one thing not on your resume you think we should know about you?
There were two rounds of interviews. The first was over the phone and the second interview was in person. I met with a few people individually durring that time. It was a very relaxed interview.
