The first contact was through a phone call, where I got asked my availability to move to their site, and a few quick questions about my working/training experience. On the same week I have been contact by the HR to set up an interview with the team leader and a manager. This round lasted ~2h, and it was highly technical, with questions both adhering to the topic (NGS analysis) and motivations/personal (how you deal with deadlines etc).
I was told I would be contacted the following week, I actually 1 month passed before being invited to their headquarters to meet the team. I was given very little information about what to expect, but eventually I got to meet the HR for ~1h, with a lot of motivational/personal questions (it felt a lot like I was being psycho-analyzed). I met two other PM, which showed themselves very friendly.
Once again I was told they would get back to me within one week, but they didn´t. After 2 months of ghosting (not replying to my emails asking for news), they rejected my application with an automatic reply. Also, it took them more than 2 months to return the money for the train I spent to meet the team.
