Initial interview was easy. They wanted me to do a “trial run” to “see if i was a good fit”. I drove 2 hours both ways and worked a 4 hour event in which they had me working the event (unpaid) and also shooting content (they wanted to hire me to work two jobs). They offered me the position(s) for $20/hr and when i counter offered they proceeded to say my sample content was subpar even though i was essentially working as a server during this event not a social media manager. It’s probably best to steer clear.
