There were 4 rounds of interviews. First one was with the lead of the team, second one with the US manager, the third one with the HR and the final happened with the PM. Questions were more or less average, they were trying to know if the candidate would fit the role rather than grinding him with tough questions. Importance was more on the work what I have done in past as they seemed willing to train the candidate on the required skills.
