Initial phone screening to collect basic info and schedule remote interview with management. First interview began with standard/common interview questions and then moved into those regarding scientific background and experience. Second interview was spent speaking with team members in a discussion format about the job role.

The HR interview was very technical. They asked about my overall research experience, QA/QC experience, data review experience, salary expectations, and eligibility to work in the United States. The HR interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams, and the interviewer kept their camera off.
