Very time-consuming and boring. They ask very tough questions in the interview process. They do allow time for transition between each interview and allow time for asking questions. Not a good experience.
Final Assessment Day. Interviewed by a panel of three. Very nice, smart people. Seems like a great place to work. I was asked to deliver a presentation on a case study concerning operational issues. The final assessment took the entire day. Interviewed by multiple people from different operational roles at Millipore.
