Interviewer was helpful - there were two of them - sales manager and Country manager both went on to become very close industry friends. There was an HR round as well they discussed my degrees and checked documents before issuing the employment papers. There were negotiations regarding salaries and benefits. Had to go through another round with the reporting manager who was bit unprepared as the original interviewers had made adecision to hire me by then.
