1st telephone interview was very pleasant, regular questions of a general nature relating to candidate's background, experience, skills, interest in the company etc. 2nd telephone interview with a department's manager was very in-depth, very detailed questions about responsibilities, skills, examples of those skills etc. Unfortunately, the conversation wasn't conducted in a friendly manner, the interviewer was pretty obnoxious, abrupt, and to some questions there was only 1 correct answer ('you should have answered...' literally). I wouldn't like to work with this person.
