Very casual. The person who wanted to hire me called me and asked 5-7 questions. Standard but I felt comfortable the whole time. It took about 45 minutes. I felt confident after the phone call and received an offer for the job the very next day. The person who interview me was direct and to the point. Overall positive experience.
