Three rounds of interviews- I had no issues communicating with the managers. They were all responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Questions were not difficult and were aimed more as a get-to-know-you type of questions.

The interview process felt very dated and a little bizarre. The individuals involved read questions off of a lost and refused to waver from the list (typical questions like "describe a conflict with a coworker" or "what is your ideal working environment") and no attempt was made to actually get to know me as a candidate. It felt like they just Googled interview questions as there was zero conversational aspect to the process.
