-got a phone call from recruiter and was asked basic IT questions. Then interview (panel) with milestone employees @ client. Final interview with manager who is a full time employee of client.

Interview was simply a phone call which led to a 2nd round interview which was also a phone call. From there I got hired directly to work for a tech 500 company.

Trivial interview asked about cell phone hardware and computer operating systems. Pretty easy interview with 2 stages one on site and then one phone interview. If they offer you a position on the spot you should be weary that job is going to be baloney.
