1)Complete online application. 2)Called in for in-person interview. 3)Background investigation. (I was not required for this part. I signed a consent on my application and they called my current and past employers as well as at least one reference). 4)Lift Test (Health One occupational) This was a fairly basic test and was easy to pass as I already passed fire academy. It took about 30 minutes. 5)Called from supervisor to set up orientation date.
