Preliminary HR/recruiter phone conversation followed by an online interview with the hiring manager and team. This was followed by an in-person interview and facility tour. The interviewing team and their process was professional and personable. Role specific questions spanned project management practices and the technical understanding necessary to support an NPI engineering focused role. The team was close-knit and put effort/emphasis on getting to know me as a person as well as a professional.
