They complete a phone screening first with a recruiter and then you have a Teams meeting with the hiring manager if you move forward from the phone screen. They make a point of having you on site, explain the culture and company dynamics and introduce you to other members of the team to help ensure there is alignment for both you and the company. It is a thorough and positive process.
