There are 4 interview rounds. 1. An interview with the tech lead where you discuss about your experience, if you use AI or not (it is highly incentivized to use it). To give examples of how you use it. 2. You are given an application in a repo and you have to fix and add features to that application with or without use of AI, though again, it is highly implied you need to. 3. A cultural interview I am assuming with the people you'll be working with on a daily basis where you get asked about availability, personality and communication skills. 4. A cultural interview with the COO where you again get asked what you do with AI and if you're interested in the product they are selling (tough luck if you don't use the platform they are working with)
