You apply then they send you a sign up link for an interview. Good questions that have a mixture between questions about yourself to questions about how to problem solve through standard work issues that arise as a pool manager. All decisions are made after everyone interviews so there is sometimes a wait but you know forsake at least two months before summer when the job begins.
