Ops Manager conducted the first face to face interview. He asked 2 or 3 tipical HR prepared questions and then said great, when can you start. He looked out of the window for the rest of the meeting while talking about non work/company interview related items. I then met with sales team (3 ladies). Nothing new or out of the norm as they all asked the typical how fast can your recruit to help me get my sales up. I recieved an offer via phone before I was able tp get to my car in the parking lot downstairs.
