I applied online for this position. Had two Skype interviews, one with the Athletic Director and one with VP for Student Affairs and VP of Enrollment and Admissions. Both lasted around 25 minutes. Pretty laid back interviews and very friendly staff. Also had an interview with the Graduate Studies Dean on Skype to get accepted into the grad program, which was more stressful than the job interview itself.
