scanned temperature & then went into "office". Asked general interview questions (your strengths and weaknesses) with some simple exams on being able to read fractions and ruler. Asked what hours i was looking for.

My supervisor knew nothing about machining and just agreed to what I said , they explained to me they start their employees at low wages to ensure the company doesn't lose too much if it doesn't work out.
