I applied through a job site for a position posted by the District Manager. He called me the same day that I applied. He phone screened me to see if I had the experience listed on my resume. He set an interview that conveniently worked for mr, the next day. I arrived at a Midas shop and the District Manager greeted me and had me fill out an application. After I finished filling out the application the,store manager took me to the district managers office. The district manager asked very direct questions to gauge what kind of employee I was. He was friendly. He called me the next day and hired me.

Very low key, down to earth and relaxed environment. I was very comfortable as it was in the office. The owner was very personable and laid back. He knew what he was looking for and didn't waste anybody's time.
