Received a call from manager, she went over the position, pay, duties, etc. She was very nice and you can tell that she loved what she does. I was scheduled for a Zoom, with the CFO. I actually think that's really unique to the interview process and think they should definitely keep that up. It was scheduled for 30 mins, basically went over experience and education. Keep in mind this is an entry-level role and I was told that they just hired someone from Chick-fil-a the day prior. The CFO basically, did not like that I had 3 different degrees in different fields. While this is true, my diverse background can definitely bring a unique skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. It showed a lack of "passion" for accounting. I sent an email to the recruiter just declining to be considered any further, this place seems to lack diversity.
