I was approached by a recruiter from an agency, after that I had a phone call with an HR and the engineering manager. Followed up with a presentation of some of my previous work and several rounds of on-site interviews, ~45 min each. Overall, the experience was great and I loved the process and the team, and the whole process from initial screening to offer took maybe a bit over a month.
