Scenario-based questions with Technical task during Assessment Centre. Was interviews on the soft skills, group task, and personal task. Everyone seemed very friendly and relaxed. HR were making everything possible for us to feel comfortable and not nervous.

Three interview stages - first one with a senior technical specialist, mostly behavioural questions with some about networking and teamwork experiences. Second one with another senior specialist, a lot of STAR-based questions and "what would you do in this hypothetical situation" sort of thing. The third one was quite a lot about previous projects and technical experience. I think the STAR response structure helped me.

I got the information of open position on Linkedin. After the first application, it took around a month until the company sent me an email informing for the online interview. The interview was done using Zoom meeting.

The first interview was mostly about ourselves. The HR wanted to know better about us, such as why we applied for the position, what kind of skills we have, what visa we hold now and if we need a sponsor for the visa for the future.
