A recruiter saw my resume on a job site and reached out to me with the job offer. After sharing the details and I expressed my interest, she scheduled the first round of interview with a panel of 2 members. No details of the interviewers were shared. After round 1, round 2 was scheduled with a panel of 3 members. After that, there has been no update. My follow up email was conveniently ignored by the hiring team. The result doesn't really matter, but keeping the interview candidate informed of the result really matters and Micron's hiring team clearly failed at it.
