The process is easy. Firstly, complete a logical test then have the interview session with the director and manager. The questions being asked are not technically but how to complete the project and overcome any challenges.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.

Went to university career fair, then a few weeks after invited for 1st round of interview. Interviewed role is based on resume that you gave during the career fair, so make sure you tailor it according to the role you want.
