The first sign of trouble was when they suddenly required another round of interviews after I had already made the decision to accept the oral offer before the deadline they made. This could have been unexpected and disappointing, but not necessarily a deal-breaker if handled professionally.
However, the behavior of the recruiter during this time was unprofessional and disrespectful. Sending text messages before 7 am and calling at 8 am, especially with a rude tone, shows a lack of consideration for your time and personal boundaries. Moreover, questioning your level of excitement and attempting to manipulate you during the negotiation process is completely unacceptable.
No candidate should be made to feel undervalued or pressured during the interview and negotiation process. It's understandable that this experience left you feeling frustrated and disillusioned with Micron as a potential employer. It's important to remember that you deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism throughout the hiring process, and if a company fails to do so, it may be a red flag for the work culture you would encounter if you were to accept the position.

All communications with HR via emails. Interview Online via zoom. Many managers and higher ups attending the zoom meetings. Total of 4 people. Not much concern on setting up the schedule.
However just be ready, after interview there’s no follow-up, not even a standard rejection email.
